"THICK" is a Chicago-Style, deep-dish pizza food truck in Portland, Oregon. Growing up in the suburbs of the Windy City, I have a deep love for this kind of pie.
One day, Thick rebranded to "Chicagoland" and I couldn't help but wonder if this was done to create more business. While a new name might help increase sales, I felt that the look and design of the business could be improved upon. Additionally, their main competitor is Via Chicago, and changing to Chicagoland was a little too similar. Thick has a great ring to it and captures the visual essence of deep dish so well, it has to be Thick!
